GTA Online Title Update and stimulus

GTA Online Title update 1.05 went live today and is available for download. The good news is that finally, the stimulus will also be available in a few days during the week. So that is indeed good news. The title update fixed the following issues: 

• Built in measures to prevent users from losing their progress when there is a cloud outage
• Built in a number of measures to protect players’ cash balances even if there are network problems
• Fixed an issue where on rare occasions during network problems the player could lose their Online vehicle or mods after exiting GTA Online

Great work Rockstar and looking forward to trying out the new title update for GTA Online. 

New York Comic Con 2014 and GTA 5 online update.

Good afternoon everyone, today is Friday, October 18, 2013. The weekend is almost here and got a few things to go over today for entertainment news :

New York Comic Con 2014 - New York Comic Con 2014 dates have been announced on the New York Comic Con website. The dates are from October 9 - October 12, 2014. Stay up to date with #NYCC by following NYCC on Facebook and Twitter.

Jason David Frank and Jason Narvy "It's Morphin Time Panel" can be found on Youtube . I was not able to attend the panel since I was online waiting for the autograph. But glad I was able to find the video online and view it. I'm looking forward to going back next year and hopefully Paul Schrier (aka Bulk) will be there too.

GTA 5 Online update released for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 to fix the ongoing technical issues including missing cars -  Rockstar Games released a title update today for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 that corrected the remaining issues where some vehicles or vehicle modifications were disappearing due to a cloud save failure. A list of fixes can be found on the Rockstar Newswire blog. Next week, the first of the $250,000 for the $500,000 stimulus will be distributed once the technical issues are resolved. The second $250,000 will be distributed towards the end of the month which totals the stimulus in $500,000 in GTA$ money. Looking forward to this.

GTA 5 Online - Rockstar to compensate GTA online players with $500,000 stimulus money in game

After the problems Rockstar Games faced with the launch of Grand Theft Auto 5 Online earlier this month, Rockstar Games will be compensating players with $500,000 stimulus money in game. However, this money will be distributed in installments of 2 payments of $250,000. The update will roll out as early as next week and dates will be announced on Rockstar's Newswire blog.  

Additionally, for PC gamers hoping that GTA 5 would come to the PC platform, according to Eurogamer, GTA 5 may come to the PC platform by Quarter 1 of 2014.  I'm definitely looking forward to seeing go on the PC platform as well because of Mods :D.
